Terms of Use
The Venari app is provided by the Venari team, Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina. By using the app you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Who can use the app
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for complying with all hunting laws and regulations that apply at your location, including permits, closed seasons and hunting-ground boundaries.
Important about safety and GPS
Venari is an assistive tool. GPS location and maps may be inaccurate or unavailable (weak signal, dense forest cover, device error). Do not rely on the app alone for navigation, safety or hunting decisions. Hunting is an activity with inherent risk that you take on yourself.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping access to your account and for all activity on it. The information you enter must be accurate.
Your content
The marks, notes and photos you add remain your property. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content within the app's features (for example, sharing marks within your party).
Acceptable use
- Do not use the app for unlawful activities, including poaching.
- Do not misuse parties, invite codes or other people's data.
- Do not attempt to compromise the security or operation of the service.
Parties and location sharing
In a hunting party, your current location is shared with party members while the feature is active. You decide when to join a party and take part.
Termination
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access in case of a breach of these terms.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided „as is", without warranties as to the accuracy of maps or GPS data. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app, including reliance on location or maps.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date of the last change is shown at the top.
